So, here is my progress based on last week's post. Kuan is exalted with Frostwolf!!! I know, not such a big deal the way AV is anymore, but it's the first faction he's ever hit exalted with!

I wonder if he should buy the wolf. I may just gotta.

Kuanchichi
• run Heroic Auchidoun-something... • clear one "Trial of the Naaru" quest • advance on "Medivh's Journal" questline • mats for riding crop • battlegrounds • clear Dukes in Silithus, damn it • turn in the wingman quest in AV • mats for another healy weapon enchant	• regular SL, got our healer the key • nope • need Shade of Aran • riding crop achieved! • did I say exalted with Frostwolf! • nope • turned in • working on shards
Eeyan
• Onyxia key. • turn in next 0.5 quest • Hellfire Ramparts run • bodyguard for Teltanara. it's so hard, soloing a holy priest • ...including a BRD, LBRS, or DM E run	• this week. • nope • nope • ran around EPL, earning xp... • ...and ran the easy part of BRD. more: broke 700g on his own...!
Trismestigus
• quests in Silithus • Honor Hold for profession training • herbing for dollars, er, gold	meh, no progress on any of this stuff
Vhaas
• clear Fallen Hero of the Horde questline • Honor Hold for leatherworking training • clear outdoor Eastern Plaguelands quests • 300 cooking • neutral with Timbermaw Hold, OMG! • friendly with Thorium Brotherhood • run BRD again...!	• no progress • got it, 305 • has a bunch of turnins • stuck at 298 • 2800/3000 • no progress • nope

And on that note, here is next week's list. Kuan gets to farm, as a useful Flask seems to have appeared on his recipe list, and he's missing one of the mats. O wait, did the patch add that? Why, yes it did.
