The topic of Minor Glyphs came up last night. Specifically the OP Ghost Wolf Glyph for Shamans. "Hey look at me! I'm stealthed and regenerating health! Oh yeah, and I'm running away from whatever hurt me faster too!"
Meanwhile Mages get AI cost lessened, No feather needed for Slow Fall, or turn your sheeps into a penguin. Lame!

meh meh meh, QQ 4 U
meanwhile mages get decent scaling with +spellpower on their gear
1% more isn't really that big of a deal, since innate HP regen is a joke anyway. A glyph that made Ghost Wolf truly a stealth ability would have been much more powerful.
If you want to complain about OP minor glyphs, there are much better candidates. (stupid link formatting... there's 5 links in there)
The DK ones, maybe, but I don't see the Vanish one as being that OP, Vanish wears off pretty fast. and Lay on Hands has an enormous CD. I can see how in an Arena situation the Charge one is a bit frustrating.
the Ghost Wolf one can be combined with a couple points in the enh tree + water shield for instant cast into a form that gets away from attacker and has HP and mana regen. combined with a troll shaman with 10% combat HP regen... I miss the old shaman talent for 10% combat regen, which stacked. anyhow it's pretty convenient in an actual game play sense; way more than, say, Slow Fall without a feather.
or turn your sheeps into a Penguin. both of which don't really change game play.
